RMAC Officer Election Policy 4-12-06 – Time to vote on the Chair and Vice Chair positions!

SLR 2015-002 ConcordResponse submitted to CORD.
This is a proposed disposal of 0.79 acres of the Sewalls Falls Multi-Use Recreational Facility in Concord to the city both for temporary use during the replacement of the Sewalls Falls bridge and permanently for a “heritage park.” This proposed disposal will come before CORD on March 26th. The RMAC Chair and Vice Chair feel that this disposal will probably have little negative impact on the river and should improve public access, and have thus instituted the procedures for SLRs with “de minimis” impact. The Upper Merrimack River Local Advisory Committee has reviewed this proposed disposal and provided a recommendation to CORD and the RMAC with no objection, but with a concern about precedence.
SLR 2015-004 SalemVote Required
Request to sell approximately 4.989 acres on South Broadway in Salem. Property currently houses State Liquor Store #34, a single story retail building of 10, 748 feet and associated parking. A small brook abuts the rear portion of the property.
