DRAFT Lakes and Rivers Subcommittee’s Recommendation for Comprehensive Water Resource Management (January 15, 2013 version) – Please review the updated Draft Recommendation document. Changes to this document include shortening the titles of the Guiding Principles and adding references for Principle #7 regarding emergency conditions. Minor wording edits were also made.
